Though applicants would ideally have prior shopfitting experience, it is certainly not essential. Whether you have a background in cabinet making, labouring, painting, or any other construction-related profession, the most important attribute is a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.
Full on-the-job training is provided, and all Fast Fitouts staff can look forward to plenty of variety in their work. From corporate offices to bespoke cafes to fast-paced workshops, our scope of works are constantly changing and offering new challenges.

A tradesman or equally experienced person is the fundamental reason for Fast Fitouts being in business. In order for Fast Fitouts to remain successful the use of Tradesmen and Sub- Contractors are needed in order to turn over and complete projects on time.
Scope of Duties
As a tradesman your job is about delivering quality. MOST importantly you are to keep in daily contact with your site supervisor, apprentices and labourers, keeping them updated with progress. You will confer with the Project manager on personal dramas/ issues that arise. Your performance review which ultimately reflects remuneration will be scored on your effectiveness and implementation of the above points.
